Provenance - The owner and her family lived in Singapore in the late 1950s. The collection includes antique Chinese porcelain, jade and furniture her father bought from shops in Orchard Road, Singapore around 1955-59.
One of the vases has a hairline crack extending from the base of the neck halfway down the body with an associated tiny splinter to the coral red enamel around the area, otherwise minor wear tothe gilding, no restoration or chips detected.
