Oil on canvas cleaned relined and restored 20 - 30 years ago or so, canvas remains tight, paint a little dirty and slightly flattened but still retaining some texture, probably some retouching most notably to the top left corner and a little down the left side, signed and dated lower left, housed in a fairly modern plain gilt frame, no labels or inscriptions verso, comes for sale from a deceased estate.
