A pair of Japanese silver wire cloisonne enamel vases by Ota Kichisaburo, Meiji period, each decorated with pheasants amid prunus, stamped two character mark to base, H. 24.8cm

the first vase has some vertical fine cracks to one side and a chip to the enamel above with associated short cracks, there is a tiny loss to the enamel on the border of the base with some associated hairlines, the second vase has a 'bruise' to the enamel on the neck and two tiny 'bruises' on the body.
