A Victorian gold and silver, white opal and diamond heart shaped brooch, with tied ribbon surmount, 30mm.

One tiny diamond missing from centre of bow. Most likely once had a pendant bale. The brooch attachment could well possibly be later added as the helix for original detachable brooch mount is visible. No visible damage to the diamonds. The opal has three/four internal flaws which resemble cracks ( not surface reaching).
