A Malles Goyard shoe valise, with side lock and internal six divisions, remnants of paper label number 2144, side label with address for Paris, Monte Carlo, Biarritz and Bordeaux, width 21.25in. depth 7.5in. height 12in.

Original fabric covering has some scuffing and scratching throughout but is mostly intact, one or two small patches where the pattern has been lost, painted initials PC near the handles, handles are worn down to a rope finish with just remnants of the original tan leather covering at the lugs, metal mounts are intact but now reduced down to a dull bronze finish with just traces of gilding, label affixed to the front left corner, original lock working but no key, internally has the original tartan type fabric which is now looking rather discoloured and damp spotted but otherwise remains intact, leather banding throughout the outside looks to be in good condition just a little dirty, overall honest untouched condition, the main fault being the wear to the handles.
