A handsome piece of furniture in very good untouched condition, top is ever so slightly lighter than the base but still retaining good strength of colour, there is a little surface scuffing and bubbling around the top edge that show as a dark blackish tone otherwise this looks to be in very good order, ormolu looks complete, one small nick in the fluting at the top to the right of the central right door, one key operates locks, central interior in what looks to the original faded puce velvet, side cupboards again look to be lined in the original faded fabric, slight scuffing commensurate with use to the pad feet.
