The vase has been glued to stand, a chunk at the rim has been broken in three pieces and reglued leaving several hairline cracks visible, a deep scratch is visible from the base of the vase which has wear to enamel, would benefit from a clean and has residue visible to the inside of the base and several typical typical minor manufacturing flaws.
