The male gardener is missing his left thumb and his left arm has been off and re-glued and is missing whatever he should be holding in his hand. It also looks like he has been split in half horizontally and re-glued at the waist. Also a chip to the rim of his hat.
The female gardener has had her head off and re-glued, a re-glue chip to her hat and she has also had both of her feet and the base broken off and re-glued, leaving several cracks and also 2 splinter chips at the crack
