A Victorian silver and leather-covered 'black jack' tankard, London 1849, maker probably Robert Hennell III, H 14.75cm

Leather surface has flaking in general along with some losses to the surface also. Engraved letters WF to the inner rim. There are a couple of small dents to the band around the rim of ythe main body. Two engravedc rests arounthe top rim. Hallmarks clear except makers mark which is quite rubbed.
