Oil on canvas which has been relined 20 - 30 years ago, canvas remains tight, paint looks like it would benefit from a clean, there is one very light surface scratch running diagonally across the top left corner that looks like it goes into the varnish rather than the paint itself and a little light rubbing near the top right corner which again looks to be more in the varnish than the paint, signed lower right, housed in an ornate gilt gesso frame which may well be the original, one dented chips near 12 o'clock, label verso for Runnymede Arts Framers and Restorers. Comes for sale from a private collection.
