A Chinese engraved ivory box, Qing dynasty, decorated with noble figures in landscapes to the cover and sides, the base engraved with a Qianlong seal mark, 11cm wide

The cover has two pins at the top corner for the hinge which is inset into the side panels, the left side panel has been broken and reglued in several sections, and the joints in general at the side and base panels have come apart and been reglued, the base panel also has a slight loss to the edge of one corner, otherwise in reasonable condition.
