A late 19th century quarter chiming bracket clock, the architectural case with 7 inch silvered Roman dial with subsidiary seconds for chime / silent, regulation and chime on eight bells / Westminster chimes, the three train chain fusee movement with deadbeat escapement, rise and fall regulation and maintaining power, chiming on a rack of eight bells and striking the hour on a gong, height 58cm

Case with some very minor knocks and dents commensurate with age and use
Dial - silvering starting to wear, some base metal showing on chapter ring, but overall dial is crisp, hands good but may benefit from re-silvering.
Movement is dirty and with excess oil, it functions, largest bell has been repaired but sounds correct, chimes quarters well, the rack sticks and will need some adjustment for the hour striking, this could be addressed as part of an overhaul / service.
