A Chinese blue and white box and cover and two bowls, 17th century, the box and cover and a bowl, c.1690 from the Vung Tau wreck, painted with floral sprigs, 10.5 and 11.2cm, the third bowl, c.1640 from the Hatcher Cargo, painted with flowers, bearing a Chenghua mark, 9cm, together with an Annamese blue and white jarlet, late 15th century from the Hoi An hoard painted with birds, 4.2cm all purchased from R & G Macpherson, London and with labels (4)

All pieces have etching to the glaze from sea water. The box and cover has two short hairline cracks and crazing to the glaze. The largest bowl has small splinter chips to the glaze on the rim. The small bowl has small losses to the glaze on the rim. The Annamese jar has crazing to the glaze, otherwise in good condition.
