A Chinese export ivory card case, 19th century, carved in high relief and openwork with figures amid pavilions and trees, one side with an oval reserve with gold piqué owners initials APB, carved with dragons to the edges, 10.6cm

There is a tiny chip to the dragon on the bottom left corner, really only visible with a 10x loupe and there is a crack to one of the corners of the cover, next door to this there is a slight chip on the edge of the cover, otherwise but in reasonable condition, with a tiny gap between the cover and body when fitted together.
