Oil on original canvas in good untouched condition, canvas has not been relined, paint is very dirty, the back ground currently looks bright but around the edges where it was once framed one can see that the canvas was once nearer white, also numerous dirt marks and specks scattered throughout the work but no sign of any physical damage such as tears or holes etc. Signed lower left, no inscriptions or labels verso, not framed.
Was purchased in these rooms approx. 7 years ago where it came for sale from a private collection.
