Provenance: The late Nicholas Stevenson, a film sound and dubbing editor, his credits include Zulu, the Ipcress File, the Bond film On Her Majesty's Secret Service, Death on the Nile and the Dark Crystal. He was nominated for a BAFTA for his work on the film The Day of the Jackal in 1973.
