Oil on canvas cleaned, relined and restored within the past 10 years or so, canvas remains tight with a shiny varnish, paint clean with a little fine stable craquelure showing in the flesh tones and dark areas, looks to have had some retouching particularly little pink ribbons to the sleeves and probably some embellishments to the bonnet, housed in a later giltwood frame, wooden slip to the right hand side has dropped inside the frame and needs replacing, work looks to date from the 18th century but with later embellishments.
