A Meissen rectangular tea caddy, mid 18th century, painted with birds of paradise in flower and trellis cartouches, feint underglaze blue crossed swords mark, 10.5cm (4.1in.)

A few minor imperfections to the glaze, the odd minor scratch to the glaze, a slight firing crack to the top edge of the rim with tiny hairlines to the glaze around it, very slight firing crack to the foot near the edge not visible when viewed sideways on, otherwise in good condition with no chips or restoration, please see photographs on website as the minor damage is not that obvious.
