Two Chinese chalcedony pendants, 19th/20th century, the plaque with banded inclusions, skilfully carved in high relief to a translucent layer at the edge of the stone with bats and squirrels the second as bitter melons with a matching bead, 5.8cm

The bats and grapes, there is abrasion and tiny splinter losses to the carving around the edge, the melon carving is in good condition.
