Oil of wooden panel in honest untouched condition. Looks very dirty and needs a good clean. Slight splitting damage to lower left corner, appears to be unsigned. In original art nouveau scroll frame which is now tatty. Artist attribution plaque on front. Old inscriptions on back of board and frame with title Vue de Londres.
