A George III silver pair cased keywind verge pocket watch by F. Lynder, London, with Roman dial and Arabic minute markers, the signed movement with pierced and scroll engraved cock and numbered 7536, case maker probably Southern Payne, London, 1781.

There are some visible small dents to the back of the outer case, particularly near the pin for the button. The button is worn and has a large hole in the centre. The back of the inner case has two minor dents and some surface scratching. The glass surface has many minor abrasions. There are two small hairline cracks to the dial at 11. The rest of the dial appears in good order although there arae a few very minor nicks and scratches. The watch key turns but no bite, the wheel just springs back when key removed, and the chain becomes loose. The watch is not ticking. We cannot gurantee any of the watches to be in working order.
