Watercolour on paper which has faded but still retain pale blues, buff tones in the land and a touch of red in the flag and boats, signed in ink lower left, a slither of paper missing from the lower right corner, it might just be where this has slipped in the frame, small signs of scattered foxing through the sky, housed in probably the original plain gilt frame, no labels verso.
