Oil on wooden panel in honest untouched condition, panel remains flat, there are a number of fine lines of craquelure running through the paint which almost certainly relates to the graining of the panel, otherwise in need of a gentle clean, signed lower right, housed in an original gilt scroll frame which has one or two small losses, old reinforcement to panel that appears to be preventive rather than due to any later cracking, title inscribed on a label verso.
