Some undulation of the paper with an upward bulge in the centre showing that it is not laid down, overall the ground paper is rather discoloured with sepia toning stronger at the top than the bottom, signs of mould and dirt marks are on the glass rather than the work itself, housed in its original plain card mount and slim wood frame,label verso giving details of this work stating that the original blocks were for a booklet for Southern Railway in 1935 and that they are now here printed from the blocks in an edition of 500 copies undertaken on a hand press by Ian Mortimer.
