Loop of handle missing from the top of the case, two panels of veneer at the top are just starting to lift, tip of one scroll missing from the brass fret work at the top of the door, all brass panels are looking a little pushed inwards, most notably the front left one, one small section of veneer missing from the front door at the bottom, section of the ivory escutcheon missing and brass strip running down the left side of the door missing from half of its length, dial looks original with one or two small oxidisation spots, equally movement all looking in good original condition with handsomely engraved and tarnished back plate, back door with cracks and small losses of veneers as well as loss of escutcheon, overall colour of the case is a good rich dark mahogany all of the brass work has faded down to a dull bronze colour.

Movement has wire fusees which are intact and look to have been relatively recently replaced, bell is missing from top of movement. Movement going but not tested for time keeping. Retention bar for pendulum a later addition. No key present.
