A Louis XVI carved beech canape corbeille, with faded pink upholstery, on cabriole legs, W.6ft 6in. H.3ft 4in.

A fairly even pale walnut colour, which shows a little more fading across the top rail, some signs of separations of the joints particularly at the top of the legs although overall the frame remains solid, upholstery was a dark coral pink but is now faded in places to near white with various water stain marks throughout, one or two small nicks and dents to frame but essentially honest condition.
