A pair of George III silver mounted horn beakers, of tapering cylindrical form, with reeded rims and silver liners, maker's mark only for Thomas Lamborn or Thomas Law, Sheffield, circa 1780-1800, 4.75in.

One of the beakers has a hairline surface crack near the silver rim and also a blemish/flaw to the surface at another point on the beaker, again close to the silver rim. Both of the silver mounts are loose (possible replacements??) Stamped with maker's mark only, both of which are badly rubbed. Each beaker has a couple of minor dings to the silver also.
