PAUL STORR. A good William IV silver gilt christening mug, of tapering cylindrical form, with rustic handle and embossed with continuous fruiting vine decoration, on a textured ground, the base engraved with later inscription and numbered 284, London, 1834, 3.25in, 6.5 oz.

There appears to be an old repair to the inside of the foot rim (visible solder). The gilding is beginning to wear, across the piece in general, mainly to the raised parts. The overall condition is otherwise good. Marks clear.
