An early 20th century Chinese high carat gold filigree and tortoiseshell bracelet, with pierced foliate links and set with six oval tortoiseshell panels carved with flowers or figures with pagodas, unmarked, gross weight 27 grams.

One small link which joins one of the plaues with a filligree panel has become detached (broken). At least three of the tortoiseshell plaques have tiny pieces missing( probably minor damage, quite hard to distinguish). General overall condition is otherwise good.
