An Edwardian silver oval cake basket by William Hutton & Sons Ltd, with pierced decoration and foliate scroll border, on four pad scroll feet, London, 1902, 13in, 41.5 oz.

There appears to be an old professional repair to the back of the handle (seam line) and one of the feet protrudes upwards slightly, otherwise the overall condition is good, in line with age and use. Marks to base and handle clear, although some very minor rubbing to the date letter and maker's mark.
