Oil on original canvas in good untouched condition, looks a little dirty so would probably benefit from a clean, the blue paint of the roofs has spread into a broad but stable craquelure which is also evident elsewhere throughout the work, two very fine vertical white scratch marks showing just to the right of 12 o'clock, these barely go into the paint, signed and dated lower left, housed in a high quality modern stained beech frame.
