Appears to be in reasonable condition with just general wear to the patinated surface in places and a few minor spots - one on the right ear, one on the back, the oval marble base has a fault line running through it which may indicate a very clean repair at some point, there are one or two other minor chips around the edge, overall generally average.
Elephant is 17.5 inches from tail to tusk and is 12.5 inches high
oval base is 22.5 inches long and 6 inches deep
