Pencil and watercolour on a lightly textured paper, possibly some slight fading but colours still strong, looks a little flat so may be laid down but no other faults noted, signed and inscribed to the left, under glass in an ornate gilt frame which is now looking rather tatty, no labels or inscriptions verso.
