Oil on millboard in very good original condition, under glass but still a little dirty, certainly in need of a clean, some fine but stable craquelure showing through the blue of the sky, and a reasonable amount of impasto showing in the greens, not signed but fully inscribed verso by the artist together with a Bourlay label dated 1941, housed in its original glazed scroll frame which has had a few old repairs but remains in fair order.
