Rock crystal snuff bottle has occasional brown speckles and fissures in the stone, there is a small nick to the outer edge of the mouth and the stopper has become detached from the snuff spoon.
Smoky quartz bottle has natural inclusions and fissures to the stone, including some crystaline patches around the mouth where the bottle may have been knocked on the edge.
