Two Chinese overlaid glass 'goldfish' snuff bottles, 1850-1940, the first in opaque white glass of elongated pear form, with three colour overlay, 7cm, the second with six colour overlay of five goldfish amid weed on a snowflake ground, 5.3cm

White ground glass bottle - the separate colour glass overlays are infact applied on separately by glue and not fused with the white glass body, therefore we think this is a 20th century reproduction.
Second six colour overlay bottle with snowflake ground has a few tiny nicks to the outer edge of the mouth, otherwise in good condition.
