Oil on canvas cleaned and relined approx 10 - 20 years ago, canvas still tight although paint looking a little dirty and a little flattened, stretcher marks showing particularly across the to in the sky, a fine but stable craquelure running through the majority of the paint, indistinctly signed and dated at the end of the tree trunk, in a modern gilt frame which is in fair order.
