An early 20th century Indonesian ivory and silver mounted paperknife, with carved and pierced figural handle, with niello silver ferule and brown velvet scabbard, 16.5in.

We are not sure the scabbard is original and also doubt the ivory blade is original, handle appears to be in reasonable condition with some discolouration to one side, probably where it has been in the sun, the niello silver ferule is slightly loose, overall reasonable.
