A pair of Vienna style porcelain twin handled vases and covers, c.1880-1900, each cerise ground vase of elongated tapering form, richly gilded with stylised flowers, cream and gilt cartouches and decorated to the body with a scene after Reynolds, 'Garrick between Comedy and Tragedy' and 'Three Graces Decorating Hymen,' reserved within a gilt and turquoise 'jewelled' border, underglaze blue shield mark to base, 41.5cm, damages to cove

One of the covers has smashed into multiple pieces and been badly restored. Both vases display typical occasional wear to the glaze and minor surface scratches but are otherwise in good condition.
