Oil on original canvas which is slightly saggy, paint looking rather dirty with extensive craquelure throughout the sky which is starting to dry out and lift with a hint of flaking in the blue on the left near the seagulls, signed lower left, in a plain gilt frame which is also a little dirty, overall an honest work that will need some attention to prevent paint loss.
