Thinly painted oil on a very fine woven canvas, looks rather dark and dirty and would certainly benefit from a clean, no sign of any signatures or inscriptions, canvas appears to be the original and not re-lined, remains tight. Under glass in a 19th century gilt gesso frame with the title on the slip and attribution to artist on the outer framing, frame suffering from one or two small losses and numerous small splits, no inscriptions or labels verso.
