Watercolour on paper with additional possibly oil paint added notably for the white of the clouds and the detail of the ships and reflections in the water, a work of some quality, a few fine crease marks showing down the left and right hand side most notably in the lower right corner, no sign of any inscription or signature, in a later plain white mount and slim gilt frame, no labels or inscriptions verso.
