A Worcester Fantastic Birds pattern scalloped plate, c.1780, painted to the centre with birds of paradise in a landscape within a gilt scrollwork cartouche and green banded borders, unmarked, 21.5cm

Finial to lid is broken and missing. The green enamel ground misfired on tea caddy and cover. The plate has some speckling to the glaze.
