A Clarice Cliff 'Knight Errant' Inspiration lotus jug, c.1930, black printed facsimile signature mark, height 29.5cm, damaged

The two handled vase is badly broken with a large section at the back of the vase which has been broken out and stuck back slightly messily and not flush with the body around it and there are other various large cracks extending through the base and there are some splinter losses around the area and the cracks actually on both sides near the base, there is some white paint on the rim which does appear to remove.
