A Charles II Beefeater pewter flagon, probably Robert Marten (1638-1674), with flat lid, two eared thumb piece with faint mark W..F? and straight tapering body, on a spreading foot, four touch marks to lid including RM in a heart and a lion standing, 9.25in.

Hinge a little wobbly but still intact, touch marks stamped to the top of thee lid, light surface scratching to the outside and a little scratching around the foot, but overall very good condition.
According to the owner the Pewter Society have seen the piece and suggested the maker.
